My Dad's cat Harry is a teeny tiny bit jealous of me I think and he does the big snub thing to me a fair bit - it just totally cracks me up!!! I love that cats are so full of emmotion and personality! Super great post as always!

I think I'm almost to sensitive to be around cats. They really do hurt my feelings. Tee-hee.

Thanks for saying sweet thing about my blog girlie! It encourages me. I just can't seem to find enough time these days to be consistent with my posts.

About the grilled portobello mushrooms mushrooms my husband makes - well, he doesn't use a recipe, but he cuts up fat slivers of 2 cloves of garlic (for 4 mushrooms), inserts the slivers into the gills spaced evenly, then marinates in a mixture of soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (He used Texas Pete - gives flavor but doesn't really make them hot), and a good sprinkling of black pepper. Marinate for at least an hour, and cook over low-medium coals (maybe 5 minutes per side, less if on medium heat). Sorry I can't give a more exact recipe! Next time I'll see if he will measure stuff and post it on my blog. Eat alone like a steak, or on a bun with melted mozzarella & veggies like a burger (grilled onions are good on there too). They are killer!
